We aspire to have a diverse workforce because, in our view, diversity enables better business outcomes. We also believe that a more inclusive workplace, where people of different backgrounds work together and can be themselves, ensures better outcomes for all staff and for our clients.

Fully embracing and utilizing technology – realising the benefits of Social Mobility
Although we have an office, we do not restrict our employees to a place of work. They can live and work wherever they wish. The only limit or requirement is broadband connectivity. Case in point, we have a team member located in the
middle of the Scottish Highlands.
This flexibility is not only hugely valued by the team, driving retention, but it also means we have an unrestricted talent pool to work with – not only ensuring the highest quality and caliber of candidates, but also securing greater diversity
within our team. Remote working also significantly reduces unnecessary CO2 emissions generated through the daily commute.

We are always interested to hear from those who would like to join our growing and friendly team here at Openshaw & Co.
Whilst previous and suitable experience is often required, we are always interested to hear from passionate, enthusiastic, and proactive applicants who have an interest in furthering their career within Intellectual Property. If you would like to send us your CV along with a covering letter, even if there are no existing job openings, we would love to hear from you.
